In 2013, when Charlie Berkinshaw's wife, Angela, was pregnant with their first child, she began craving something that had the complexity of a cocktail but that was healthy, made with real ingredients and, of course, had no alcohol. So they went on a quest to create shrubs with intriguing flavor combinations and then Element Shrub was born!
