Passionfruit Mojito

Have you ever seen a mojito prettier than this?! Just one sip and you'll be transported to a tropical paradise.

Ingredients

• mint 
• lime
• 1tsp. sugar
• 1 fresh passionfruit 
• passionfruit juice (unsweetened boxed or just press the fresh passionfruit through a sieve to separate the seed from the pulp)
• Sprite
• 1.5oz of non-alcoholic white rum alternative, like Lyre's White Cane Spirit

Instructions 

• Muddle ½ passionfruit pulp, 2 lime wedges, 5 mint leaves, & sugar. 
• Add ice
• Add non-alcoholic white rum alternative
• Add second ½ of the passionfruit pulp
• Top with sprite and passionfruit juice
• Garnish with a mint sprig and passionfruit float
