Missing or Damaged Packages
Did your order go MIA or arrive in less-than-perfect shape? Shoot us an email at info@afreshsip.com with your name, order details and a photo of any damages. We’ll help you track down your order or send a replacement your way.
Incorrect Items
Oops! If we’ve mixed up your order, email us at info@afreshsip.com with your name and order details. We’ll sort out a solution to get the right sips in your hands ASAP.
Refund Eligibility
Orders that are damaged or missing are eligible for a refund. We do not offer exchanges.
We understand that not every flavor is for everyone, and while we can’t accept returns based on not enjoying the taste of a product, your feedback is invaluable.
